hahaha, this made me laugh. This is great because it reminds me of an editorial illustration in the Wall Street Journal or somethings. My only suggestion would be to smooth out his shirt, tie and blazer a bit...they look rougher than his face. -Erin
The chin looks a bit weird to me. I don't mean just big, but the coloring looks different. The rest of his face looks a lot warmer with yellow undertones, but his chin looks too red.
The piece really conveys a great sense of the politically illustrative style. To me the hair feels to tall and bushy to be Barack's hair. It might be to your advantage to put spots of skin color into his hair to give off more of the short and stubble-esque kind of hair he has. A few more wrinkles might help as well.
I think this photo might be good reference to use for both of the things I suggested http://grist.files.wordpress.com/2012/11/barack-obama.jpg?w=470&h=313
All valid comments above. Not sure how much of the lighting w/ the photo is changing how the colors appear in the photo, so look at it under normal light conditions to make sure the colors match and it feels like it's the same person's skin tone as Cam mentioned.
Also keep in mind stylistically what you are trying to acheive. Do you want to keep your dark outlines (around the horn, visible also on the ear)? If you are, make sure that is consistent throughout your pieces from president to president. And you have some sort of perspective warp-the larger chin, smaller eyes. Is that purposeful? If so, be sure to keep that consistent as well (where you push the perspective in each piece.)
But I like Steph's suggestion-about developing a transition between the horn/skin. Maybe even just making the skin color a little different around the horn. Check out this image from the "Last Unicorn" (awesome movie by the way!). There's a star-burst type color shading around the horn on the skin of the unicorn. Maybe something like this or based off this idea???http://images4.fanpop.com/image/photos/15600000/-The-Last-Unicorn-the-last-unicorn-15694124-1152-864.jpg

I would work on the eyes a little more.... Round/wider. And I would develop the transition from the horn into the skin a little more. Good work.

Be careful with the outline on the ear, it looks a little forced.
